Job description

We are looking for a senior Tax Manager with strong expertise in local and international taxation, corporate tax planning, compliance and tax risk management.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute gorup tax strategy in line with overall business objectives and strategic targets

  • Coordinate international tax planning and tax risk management activities across group entities

  • Support business development projects such as acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations and other strategic initiatives to ensure tax-efficient solutions

  • Cooperate with internal tax experts, external advisors, CFOs, tax managers, business leaders and other stakeholders across company and group

  • Identify and propose tax saving opportunities, including transfer pricing-related initiatives, and manage their implementation

  • Ensure compliance with relevant tax requirements, including global minimum tax, windfall taxes and other applicable regulations

  • Monitor current and future tax positions of group entities and analyse major tax legislation changes

  • Identify significant tax risks and propose effective solutions to eliminate or mitigate them

Personality prerequisites and skills

  • Professional experience in tax, ideally in a Tax Manager or similar senior tax position

  • Specialized knowledge in taxation, tax law and international tax legislation/directives

  • Strong experience in corporate tax planning, tax compliance, tax risk management and transfer pricing

  • Ability to understand business priorities and translate them into effective tax solutions

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken

  • Good command of MS Office tools, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
