For our client, an international company operating in the field of financial services and mobility solutions, we are currently looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Financial Controller.
The Financial Controlling team works closely with CFOs across multiple countries and plays a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, and business decision-making within an international environment. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team with strong support from a shared services and competence center structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Partial responsibility for P&L management, including monthly closings, forecasts, and budgeting activities
Development and continuous improvement of financial reports, tools, and reporting processes
Cooperation with various departments to gather and analyze financial information related to products and business activities
Identification, analysis, and clear presentation of financial variances and deviations from expectations
Preparation of monthly financial reports and performance analyses
Support in quarterly forecasting and budgeting processes, including KPI reporting
Preparation of materials and documentation for board meetings and related management discussions
Communication and coordination of requested financial reports for regional and group stakeholders

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economy
Experience with SAS and/or VBA programming is considered an advantage
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good time management and prioritization abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing environment
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, reliable, and responsible approach to work
Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and a proactive mindset
Openness to feedback and willingness to continuously learn and improve
