Job description

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Asset Valuation Analyst to join their international team based in Bratislava. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, data-driven, and eager to contribute to business process improvements through accurate reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and analyze financial, operational, and market data to identify key business drivers

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and pricing models (vehicles & operating leasing components)

  • Perform variance analysis and support budgeting and forecasting processes

  • Track and evaluate KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement

  • Ensure high levels of data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting to Headquarters

  • Monitor market developments and benchmark company performance against industry standards

  • Prepare performance overviews and present insights to senior management

  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Operations, Strategy, Controlling) and actively support process improvements

Requirements

  • University education in Finance, Data, Statistics, Reporting (Bachelor's or Master's degree)

  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure insights and propose clear solutions

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including interaction with management

  • Good understanding of financial principles and key KPIs

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Advanced English (daily written and verbal communication) - C1 level

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting

  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI, Python, or Dataiku is an advantage

  • Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset

  • Willingness to travel occasionally
