We are looking for an experienced production leader who will be responsible for overseeing smooth production run, process optimization and the management of operators for our client in the manufacturing field.

Main responsibilities:
• Plans and manages production based on established standards – ensures products are made on time, efficiently, and with the required quality
• Leads the production team – responsible for the management and performance of production staff
• Improves processes – looks for ways to make the production more efficient and cost-effective without lowering quality of the production
• Monitors the production – regularly checks the production status
• Cooperates with other departments – in order to comply with production plans
• Ensures workplace Safety – supervises compliance with company safety standards
• Solves problems – handles breakdowns, delays, or other production-related issues as they arise

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

• University degree in mechanical engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position as a Production Leader
• Advanced level of English - B2 (verbal and written)
• Experience in leading a team
• Assertiveness, determination and responsibility
• Good knowledge of production processes
